Australia Post: Shoppers please read
I have been receiving lately emails from our wonderful clients about their whereabouts of their parcels that they paid for.
we are truly sorry for the delays, but these are completely out of our hands. We send your items usually within hours of receiving the order (from Saturday to Monday they get posted on Tuesday mornings). Large Items are usually mainly on a Tuesday to which we drop off to our local Post Office (Salisbury Qld), this is the same as New Zealand Parcel (Tuesdays only).
I have made a complaint yet again to Australia Post I’ll copy it here.
Please make sure you check your tracking, it is within a email that we send when we post your item. All our orders have tracking.
Since delivery is out of our hands I suggest that you also open up a inquiry/case, give them a couple of days, then call them and keep calling every day and complain. Also try Facebook message them on there.
In the meantime will see what else is out there to send parcels from and comparable in price as we don’t want to increase postage if we don’t have to.
